Before bed, start by spraying your feet. On initial application to other areas you may experience a slight tingling/itching sensation, this will pass with regular use, as magnesium is absorbed through the skin and levels in the body are replenished, you can go on to spray other areas of the body where pain is afflicting without the tingle/itch.
Avoid spraying on broken skin, near eyes and nose or sensitive areas.

As your body's optimum magnesium level is best achieved through absorption by the skin, avoid taking oral magnesium supplements as you risk overloading the body... this will result with the shits
DO NOT spray magnesium oil on broken skin.
